We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from our website or Madewell in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back to the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, try on all swimwear over underwear.

Please email info@butterswimwear.com for your return shipping label. Include the name on the order and order number from your packing slip.

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
