Refund policy

 

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every Butter Swimwear piece. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Hygiene liners and tags must be intact

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Final sale items are non-returnable

Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

We currently offer two return options:

  1. Refund to original payment method
    – A $6.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund
    – Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  2. Store Credit
    – No fee deducted
    – Issued as a digital gift card you can use anytime

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order using your store credit or refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and log in with your email.

  2. Select the order and items you wish to return.

  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send back your items. After we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund or store credit.
